2 naan flatbreads
4 tablespoons basil pesto
1 log fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
1 beefsteak tomato, sliced
1 nectarine, thinly sliced
4 ounces prosciutto
1 cup arugula
1/4 cup pickled red onions
Balsamic glaze, for servingStep 1: Preheat the broiler or prepare a grill for medium heat.
Step 2: Spread 2 tablespoons of basil pesto over each naan flatbread.
Step 3: Arrange the sliced mozzarella, tomato, nectarine, and prosciutto evenly over the pesto.
Step 4: Place the naan under the broiler for 2–3 minutes, or grill for about 5 minutes, just until the cheese begins to soften and the edges of the naan are lightly crisp.
Step 5: Remove from the heat and immediately top with the fresh arugula and pickled red onions.
Step 6: Finish with a generous drizzle of balsamic glaze before slicing and serving.
