Simple homemade granola made with oats, honey, maple syrup, and coconut oil. Flexible, pantry-friendly, and perfect for yogurt, fruit, or snacking.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups organic rolled oats

  • Up to 1 1/2 cups add-ins (nuts, seeds, coconut, etc.)

  • 1 cup coconut oil, melted

  • 1/3 cup honey

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats and any add-ins you’d like to use.

  • In a separate bowl or measuring cup, mix together the melted coconut oil, honey, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt.

  • Pour the liquid mixture over the oats and stir well until everything is evenly coated.

  • Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.

  • Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes so the granola toasts evenly.

  • Let the granola cool completely on the tray before breaking it apart.
